How Well Do You Know Your Audience?

Your marketing (and website) should be targeted at your ideal customers and you shouldn't take a scattergun approach.
Know Your Audience

Is your marketing (and website) targeting the right people in the right way?

I often get approached by people on LinkedIn saying that they can help my business by using their service or product. After their initial approach, I will check out their website to find out more about them.

Recently, some of these website have said that they have worked with the BBC (and other larger corporations) or closed £500million in sales.

Impressive as these are, as a small business owner, I don’t care. I want to work with people that understand the challenges I face in my daily life not boasting about how amazing they are.

Your website messaging should be targeted to your target market and not focused on you.
