Should you put your staff details on your website?

The answer to the question is it depends. Are your staff important to your business? Or they recognised experts?

In the following situations, that we believe that you should definitely put your staff details on your website;

1. If you have staff that have an area of expertise with your business such a solicitor and area of law or accountant and specific tax rules.

2. You are well known within your industry

3. You work with your clients on a 1-2-1 basis such as coach or therapists.

In these examples, we would definitely put your staff and a biography on your website. It helps to establish your business (and staff) as experts.

For most other businesses, then the answer is it is up to you. If your business has a lot employees, then it can be pointless less hundreds of staff – focus on the key client facing roles.

Whatever you do, don’t use stock photos for employees either use real photos or nothing at all.

What do you think? Do you have your staff on your website?
