Turning People Away

The purpose of your website is appeal to your ideal clients, and turn away those that are not.

We build websites to attract traffic and to convert visitors into customers but it has a secondary purpose – to turn people away.

Appealing To The Right Audience

It should be clear to any website visitors who your target audience is. You don’t need to be as specific as to say “Are you a business owner with 10-15 staff and a turnover over £2.5 million?”

The best way to do this is to connect with your audience is to identify the problem that you solve for them. Show that you understand their pain points.

This helps your website visitors to decide if you are the company that they want to work with – or not.
