The following steps are for you to reset your own password.
Step 1: Navigate to your websites login page and click on “Lost Your Password?”
Step 2: Enter either your Username or Email Address and click “Get New Password”
Step 3: Check your email and click on the link in the email
Step 4: Enter new password and click “Save Password”.
Step 5: You should now be able to login with your new password
